Avatar A digital representation of an object, near limitless in design, as customized by the creator.
Deep, The The worldwide network, from which, virtually all data is accessible.
Domain A private or public sub-network within the Deep – public, home, restricted, corporate and governmental.
Hyper Object A device that provides the interface between a physical object and it’s hyper reality applications.
Hyper Reality A level of the Deep that everyone with access to a TAP has access to – where a continuous feed of information relating to objects in close proximity to your physical location is projected onto a virtual head’s-up display.
Program A digital application designed to perform predetermined functions for a user in the Deep.
TAP Tendril Access Processor, A partially organic microprocessor, in virtually everyone, allowing them access to hyper reality, virtual reality, and the ability to use Cyberware.
Virtual Reality A digitized, idealized representation of the real world utilizing personalized themes and avatars.
